Painting Benson House on Portland State University Campus. This is PSU's alumni center. The leaves are just starting to turn on the bright sunny day in Portland.  John Lehman and Paul Lockhart were also painting the Benson House. Lots of students on campus.

Plein air painting in the rain in Portland at the Oregon Maritime Museum aboard the Steamer Portland. Kara Wilde, Paul Lockhart , John Lehman, and I painted under the awning on the deck of the steamer. Nice view but cold and wet. Welcome to plein air painting in Portland.
